Hi to all!
By profession I am a property and land law specialist. I am a Fellow of the Property Consultants Society and also a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. I am also an ex member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from earlier on in my career. I research, and contribute towards, academic matters relating to Property and land law in the UK and also deal with land and property technical matters in Practice. Through public policy research, within the Centre for Urban & Regional Studies, I was one of a number of contributors paving the way for the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 back in the 1990's.
I am a legal specialist in Houses in Multiple Occupation, residential flats to let, houses to let,and serviced licences for furnished rooms to let. I am also
the ex owner of Britannia property Services residential lettings agency which became a larger concern in the late 1990's after inward investment and a change of ownership.Britannia Property
Services first started in Birmingham City in 1993, as a result of a Business support scheme, from Birmingham City Chamber of Commerce.
Going back to the early 1990's I was one of the Northamptonshire County Council country park development officers for the rural Brampton Valley Way, and Brixworth Country Park, which were just being created in 1990 - 1991.This was at a time when the job involved organising the movement of granite chipping quarry lorries and fencing amongst other things..My experience in land and property sales goes back to 1983 when I worked for a firm called Snushalls that was later bought out by Prudential Property Services.
In 2010/2011 I founded the Siddle Family Trust for small scale property and land investment. The trust owns a small number of properties, available to
let, and can also buy and sell land parcels. Siddle Family Trust is a fiduciary holding trust with a beneficiary in the Uk for when I die.
My experience includes public policy land access legislation research, country park land development management, property and land sales, Deed and Trust legal administration, property investment management, lettings, and project management. I owe most of my career success to East London University, my Honours Degree in Land Administration (Duncan House,Stratford, East London), and my time spent as a resident of West Ham - East London.

I firmly believe that forward thinking and not anachronistic procrastination are the only future for any business , or personal, professional career. Hence I do, and have always, followed the words of the following poem as an example of how we all should live as an ideal:-
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. 1807–1882
A Psalm of Life
TELL me not, in mournful numbers,
Life is but an empty dream!—
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
And things are not what they seem.
|Life is real! Life is earnest!||5|
And the grave is not its goal;
Dust thou art, to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul.
Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,
|Is our destined end or way;||10|
But to act, that each to-morrow
Find us farther than to-day.
Art is long, and Time is fleeting,
And our hearts, though stout and brave,
|Still, like muffled drums, are beating||15|
Funeral marches to the grave.
In the world's broad field of battle,
In the bivouac of Life,
Be not like dumb, driven cattle!
|Be a hero in the strife!||20|
Trust no Future, howe'er pleasant!
Let the dead Past bury its dead!
Act,—act in the living Present!
Heart within, and God o'erhead!
|Lives of great men all remind us||25|
We can make our lives sublime,
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time;
Footprints, that perhaps another,
|Sailing o'er life's solemn main,||30|
A forlorn and shipwrecked brother,
Seeing, shall take heart again.
Let us, then, be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate;
|Still achieving, still pursuing,||35|
Learn to labour and to wait.
